Terms of service

Pro Captcha is provided as a captcha and bot-mitigation service. You keep ownership of every sitekey, secret, and verification record you generate. We process verification data to produce a score and to deliver the logs you ask for.

You may not use the service to collect personal data about your visitors beyond what the API returns, or to impede access in ways that break accessibility requirements. Traffic that is generated to game the scoring system may be blocked without notice.

Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Free-tier usage above the monthly limit is rejected, not billed.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
